1. Price stated are firm and non-negotiable. Buyers who try to ask for discount will not be entertained.
2. Reservation period is only for 24 hours, and if payment is not made by then the item will go to the next interested buyer.
3. Postage has to be fully borned by buyer, and your item will be shipped within 1-3 working days.
4.The rates for postage are as follows:
Pos Laju - RM7 for W.M. ; RM10 for E.M. (1-2 items)
COD meet-ups are only available subject to our time.
5. We will not be responsible if anything happens to the parcel after delivery, however we will try our best to track it down for you.
6. Serious buyers only. Kindly inform us if you wish to back out from your order :) Buyers who go MIA after confirming their orders will not be tolerated.
7. All emails will be replied. If you have not heard back from us in 24 hours, please do send it again.
8. There shall be strictly no refunds or exchange of items once it is sent out to the buyers. Only if item is defect/incorrectly sent out will refund/exchange be made and postage will be fully beared by buyer.
